Isometric and Isotonics: Proprioceptive Balancing for Stability & Flexibilty

Rosa Rodriguez

New York, NY

In this 2 day workshop, you will learn when and how to appropriately use isometric & isotonic techniques in order to stimulate self-corrective reflexes, to work with inefficient muscular patterns, to increase range of motion, to release soft tissue, and to encourage ease, comfort, and tone within your clients.

In particular, the use of Reciprocal Inhibition will be taught and practiced because of its ease and effectiveness. Dress comfortably and bring a sheet.
