Phase 4: Spine

Jessica Mark

Ontario, OR

This course offers continuing education for bodyworkers, movement educators, and anyone interested in supporting the body’s self-corrective reflexes and innate healing abilities.

No prerequisites or prior bodywork experience are required—this class is open to all. Explore the history, philosophy, principles, and methods of Ortho-Bionomy® while gaining hands-on experience with fundamental techniques for working with the spine, pelvis, and ribcage.

Learn how to feel and engage the body’s instinctive responses through gentle, effective Phase 4 techniques.

Using movement and positions of comfort, these techniques help release muscular tension, reduce stress, and stimulate self-corrective reflexes, allowing the body to restore structural alignment and balance from within.
