Exploration of Movement adds movement to the releases learned in Phase 4 and 5.
Participants will learn to recognize patterns of joint and muscle movement in order to facilitate increased range of motion.
You will learn and practice balancing movements, finding neutral, and following the body.
Movement is the key to allowing the body to reorganize and move fluids.
