Arrival at Coronado Springs Resort:
Proceed to hotel registration for your room, then conference registration opens
at 4pm outside the conference hall. If you have not
reserved your hotel room, please call
Disney reservations 407-939-1020 Group#G054449, Convention Name: Ortho-Bionomy. Our block room rates
are $159 for single/double occupancy standard room, $15 per night for additional
persons, plus tax. You may check in anytime and they will hold your luggage and
take it to the room, but rooms are not guaranteed available until after 3pm. Check
out is before 11:00am. You may also go to the website to look at the resort -
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/coronado-springs-resort/ .
Please note that hotel rooms can be reserved by phone only.
Transportation to Orlando: If you will be flying, we suggest you make your
flight arrangements to arrive at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). From the airport, the Disney Magical
Express will pick you up and transport you to the Coronado Springs Resort.
You must have already reserved your hotel room before
registering for Magical Express transportation. More information
on Magical express will be provided when in conference registration confirmation
letter. This is a free service for resort guests.
