Class Description: Enjoy the atomosphere of the beaches and Swami Yogananda's Meditation Gardens as we learn the release and balancing techniques of Isometrics/Isotonics exercises. These simple techniques work to engage awareness, balance muscles, and gently organize complex structural patterns.
