The application of 'not doing' is practiced to enable the client to resource their own self-healing reflexes. We will promote these natural, reflexive responses using concepts of energetic alignment and boundaries, holding space, recognizing patterns and movement of energy, and how attunement on the energetic level can affect the emotional and physical dimensions of the system.
