Ortho-Bionomy helps people break the cycle of pain – without creating pain. Sometimes the body’s natural ability to remain balanced is short-circuited by stress, injury, accident, improper posture, emotional experiences or overtaxing the body’s limits.
Learn MoreThe Mission of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy is to support its membership in their Ortho-Bionomy Practices, to promote public education and awareness of Ortho-Bionomy, to regulate the registration of Practitioners and Instructors and to continue the evolvement of Ortho-Bionomy in accordance with its own philosophy and principles.
Learn MoreThe Society of Ortho-Bionomy, through its Registered Instructors offers classes and training designed to give individuals a thorough understanding of the art and practice of Ortho-Bionomy. Our classes are open to massage therapists, bodyworkers, health professionals and anyone who has an interest in learning and doing Ortho-Bionomy professionally or at home. The Society has developed and oversees two professional training programs, the Registered Practitioner and Registered Advanced Practitioner Programs. Both programs are designed to give students a thorough understanding of the principles and philosophy of Ortho-Bionomy in addition to providing extensive hands-on experience.
Learn MoreOur members are a diverse group of individuals, varying widely in age and experience, and that share a common bond – Ortho-Bionomy. Some have just begun to train, others have thousands of hours of training and session experience. We have many professionals who choose to study Ortho-Bionomy and become members of the Society including: Osteopaths, MD's, Chiropractors, Nurses, Acupuncturists, Psychologists, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Bodyworkers, Somatic Practitioners and people just interested in learning Ortho-Bionomy.
