This 3 hour study group explores the tarsals and metatarsals, going beyond the standard releases taught in the Lower Extremities Class.
The tarsals and metatarsals are key components of the arches of the feet, and thus the support and structure of the entire leg, pelvis, and torso.
These two detailed releases are techniques Melissa & Jim use in almost every session.
