Study Groups: Electromagnetic Field of the Heart

The heart is the most powerful generator of electromagnetic energy in the body and has the strongest rhythmic field. When trauma is unresolved, the field of the heart shrinks, develops holes, and can lack in its fullness. These elements can prohibit the heart from feeling safe, alive, and resilient. When the heart field is intact and engaged, it is able to have more compassion and feel more connected in the world.
In this study group, we will explore our own electromagnetic heart field, understand the heart field’s relationship to the brain and the structures that map the peripersonal space, and learn Ortho-Bionomy® techniques and principles to work with the heart field.
This study group can stand alone, but is best paired with study groups on the Electromagnetic Field of the Heart (February 12) and the Enteric Nervous System (February 19).
