Explore the intricacies of the shoulder girdle in this focused Advanced Head, Neck, and Shoulder Study Group. With its versatility and wide range of motion, the shoulder girdle requires harmony among its many moving parts for optimal efficiency.

Through a structural lens, we will practice layering release techniques for the humerus, clavicle, scapula, and ribs 1-3, enhancing communication and ease within these interconnected structures.

Additionally, we will delve into the relationship of the lungs to the shoulders and neck, practice targeted releases for the sternocleidomastoid and scalenes, and learn effective techniques for working with the cranium.

This class offers a condensed yet comprehensive exploration of advanced approaches to support ease in these key areas.
