Below the Dome - Abdominal Visceral

Mike Miller

Bend, OR

In this 3-day class, we will explore the mouth, throat, esophagus, sphincters, liver, gallbladder, stomach, intestines and more. We will learn to palpate and sense the organs themselves and how they relate to each other. We will also work with the bony structures and soft tissues that support them.

When I first took this visceral class in 2007. I remember my instructor Darlene Smith saying, “If the body is not changing, we need to look at the viscera.” I spent six years assisting her as we discovered the potential of the body to heal and how the viscera played an important role.

Did you know the liver can cause right shoulder, neck and breathing issues? Did you know the mesentery root can cause issues with the right sacroiliac joint and prolapse of the uterus and bladder? Did you know the large intestine can cause hip & low back pain, and sciatica?

These are just a few examples of how the viscera can affect the structure of the body. The viscera can also affect each other causing poor digestion, nutrient absorption and removal of toxic substances and wastes.

Come join us and learn how the viscera play a vital role in our health and well-being.
