Phase 4: Whole Body "Joints, Bones, and Muscles" Pt 1

Sara Sunstein

Oakland, CA

Over 3 consecutive Sundays, students will discover and explore a fresh way of addressing tensions and pain in the body.

Derived from the strain-counter strain aspect of osteopathy, Ortho-Bionomy® is gentle for both the client and the one practicing it, so students learn ways to work smarter instead of harder, as well as how to meet/blend with someone without merging.

The focus during the class is truly understanding the principles and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy® and how they underlie the techniques. To that end, the principles are pointed out throughout the class as students learn and practice techniques for each segment of the spine, pelvis, ribs, shoulders and limbs.

By the end of the class, students can support ease and re-education in most parts of the body, whether that part was specifically taught in class or not.
