Erin Long
Nashville, TN
Phase 4 Extremities: This foundational class covers the history and principles of Ortho-Bionomy and specific positioning exercises to stimulate the natural self-correcting reflexes in the body.
These techniques have been shown to facilitate the release of pain and tension patterns, promote expanded range motion, and offer a greater sense of well-being. Releases for the shoulder, rhomboid, scapula, clavicle, elbow, wrist and hand, piriformis, femur, lower leg, ankle and foot will be presented and practiced.
